Love everything about this property. It may be isolated but we brought our own supplies for cooking our dinners, knowing that this property came with a kitchen. Views are spectacular!

The pictures are deceiving. The shipping containers are old and have not been invested in. The hot tubs do not work. The food at the restaurant is terrible. They charged us twice for our room. The view is amazing but not work this place.

The tiny cabins are a cool idea, though there were some flaws. The cabins are mostly windows, which would be neat in a more isolated area. In reality it meant that if your neighbours leave their lights on all night, your cabin will be lit up as the curtains don’t block any light (in fact you can see into the other cabins even when both cabins have the curtain drawn). This was frustrating as we were hoping to be able to watch the stars through the front windows. It should be noted that the hot tub is not included is your stay and costs an extra 60,000 CLP to use. I could not find this information anywhere online, though we did decide to splurge (and enjoyed our time). Lastly, it shows the location being in Puerto Rio Tranquilo. It’s actually about a 20 minute drive out of town; this was okay as we had a car, but without one it would be difficult to get to. The cabin was very cute and we loved that you got to watch the waves from your bed with floor to ceiling windows. It would be perfect if you booked during the off-season for true serenity.

Estar deitada em uma cama com o visual incrível do lago General Carreras, foi uma experiência incrível. O atendimento do restaurante é muito bom, porém, o cardápio deixa a desejar.

Nunca pudimos ubicar el lugar, no vimos ningún cartel indicador, no hay señal en la ruta, así que perdimos la reserva porque la única dirección que figura es Rio Ibáñez. La ubicación en la aplicación no es clara.

En el medio de la nada, en la orilla del Lago General Carrera o Chelenko, estas Tiny Cabin sorprenden con una moderna instalación. Cocina y baño limpios y con todo lo necesario. Buena cama, toallas, aire frío y caliente. Lo mejor: una vista excepcional.

Debe mejorar las

Las instalaciones muy buenas, linda cabina y tinaja. El entorno es perfecto. Se calefacciona mediante aire acondicionado. Respecto a la atención, deficiente. Nunca encontramos a alguien en recepción, debimos retrasar el check in, pues nadie contesta los mensajes ni el teléfono. 2 días sin saber cómo cambiar toallas ni aseo del baño. No tuvimos comunicación para poder usar todos los días la tinaja.

Muy bello lugar y tranquilo, pero mejorar detalles

Muy bello lugar tranquilo, el consejo que se puede dar es sobre la calefacción, demasiada helada la pieza, si bien tenía una calefacción pero no servía de mucho, ademas mejorar un poco las cortinas ya que daba la impresión de que se veía todo para al lado del vecino ☺️

Súper buena vista, buena la atención del personal, pero: - Tinaja Agua Caliente no estuvo a las 20 hrs como habíamos planificado sino 1 hora después. Estaba hirviendo y luego no teníamos cómo enfriarla. Había una llave pero estaba mala, al final quedó toda la noche corriendo, no llegaron a cerrarla. - No contempla desayuno, ojo con eso, por valores similares, en otros lodges, sí incluyen desayuno. - Valor no incluye IVA.

Bueno, pero no se realizó devolución de un cobro

En general el lugar de alojamiento se acompaña de la naturaliza y una vista muy bonita del lago. Lo malo fue haber pagado un servicio que no fue entregado correctamente y que no fue realizada la devolución del dinero como se pactó, decepcionante en ese aspecto.

Pésimo servicio.

Muy desilucionante el agua de las tinajas helada ..la leña que ocuparon no permitía que se calentará además las tinajas en malas condiciones donde se pasaba el agua y estaba en malas.condiciones. Por otro lado se pasó mucho frío dentro del las cabañas ... pésimo servicio nadie contesta los teléfonos y las personas encargadas cero preocupación por lo clientes ....Pensamos que sería una experiencia inolvidable pero fue una completa decepción.

Beautiful location and easy to find off the main road. Good signage. Make sure you remember email them 2-3 days ahead of your arrival to coordinate a time for key exchange since there's not real reception. No WiFi available. Good option for breakfast/dinner delivery there. Excellent staff.
