"I reserved 2 nights on hotels com . I was called and asked if I was coming 1 hour later I was on the highway a semi jackknifed right in front of me. I got there and I was told that the reservation was pending and waited over an hour as they kept checking things . All the money was wiped out of my account. I ended up sleeping in a parking lot with no gas for 2 days freezing. I still have not seen a refund I'm beyond disappointed they did not vare. Hotel com won't even contact me.
