"The carpet in both elevators is very, very stained and dirty. It needs to ripped out!! Other than that everything was clean. Staff was friendly. A/C was a little noisy and could use updating. I will stay again when visiting family in Miamisburg."

"The room was clean and very accommodating; the continental breakfast could have used some additional amenities."

"The room was awful. It was dirty there was food on the floor. Which attracted ants and roaches. Then we noticed mold in everything. Will not stay here again."

"Not clean and door was broken, even had someone else use a key card to enter our room when we first got there."

"Place was dirty didn’t look like it was cleaned"
