the staff is amazing there was one cockroach in my room that I took a picture of because he seemed rather photogenic and then when I got coffee there was a baby cockroach on the counter at I killed because he looked like he wanted to drink my coffee
I really hit my shin on this thing because I didn't know it was sticking out from under the covers on the bed
I guess somebody put this water bottle on the bed support to try to warn other people that it sticks out
the chair which was shoved under the desk I guess gets this damage on the arms because the desk actually hangs at a downward angle and a pen placed on the desk rolls off and falls onto the floor
this chair has been through a lot

The property is not well kept at all there was a very strong odor of cigarettes. I checked into my room there was black running up the walls mind you the paint is beige. I stayed there for 5 mins before I decided I could not sleep here. The staff was helpful and kind and did not question why i was canceling my booking.

First thing when got in the room put my bag in the closet. Put my purse on the counter underneath the TV and then within minutes notice a bug crawling on the counter. Then went to pull down the covers from the first bed I thought I would sleep in and it was all wrinkled as though someone had laid on it and not change the sheets. But the other bed it was fine it was crisp and looked clean. And the floor had a big spill of soda or something right at the edge of the bed. So cleanliness is something they definitely need to to improve on.

Best cheap hotel stay I’ve had

I was so pleasantly shocked at the size and the features of the room. I’ve never paid so little and had such great amenities! The free airport shuttle was perfect, free breakfast was a treat and checkin went super smoothly! I can’t recommend more!

The other guests children were running up and down the halls screaming, i know they are housing homeless ,and thats fine, they should still be respectful of other guests, and they are careless when it comes to parking because my car door was damaged by their carelessness.. the room was clean but the heating n air system was not working right..no i wont go back there

The service was Prompt, professional, and friendly. The cleanliness of the room was pretty bad: musty/smoky smell, live bugs, blood stains on window sill, stained carpet, pillow case on floor.

Used to stay here all the time when I visit but the cleanliness of it has been going downhill. I might give it one more chance. If not any better next time; I won’t be back. The rooms and grounds really need to be cleaned. The rooms are never ready at 3:00 pm anymore. Asked me to come back in an hour. I hate to say all this because I really used to like the convenience and location. The bed was comfortable. Thanks and good luck.
