This was our 3rd stay at this hotel on the way from TX to Florida. Very convenient, great location, friendly helpful staff. Our room was showing a bit of aging but that’s to be expected with time. Most importantly, it was clean and pretty comfortable - easy to adjust temperature, nice shower, clean comfortable bedding. Breakfast included in the price was greatly appreciated!

Overall, the hotel was nice. It was clean and very Convenient. The beds were a little too hard for my taste but not so hard that you couldn’t sleep.

Many things broken in the room. I woke up with a cockroach on my back the first night and then the second night i slept with the light on because i could hear them scurrying around as I tried to sleep. I checked out a day early and finally spoke to a manager (front desk staff kept saying they couldn't help me) and she offered me points which i don't want.

First room they put us in was dirty, noisy fridge and ac unit. Front desk politely gave us a second room which was better, but somewhat worn out. Didn't look in shower/tub until next morning, discovered several dozen strands of dark long hair (I am bald) on bathtub ledge.

I’ve stayed here a number of times and it’s never disappointed. Great value for work trips, next to restaurants and shopping. Front desk has always been great. Stop looking and stay here already.

When i got to my room the bathroom would not close sunce it was pulled away from the wall. I notifies the front desk. They said they could move me but it was just me so no worries. Then at 1 am sunday morning another guest was yelling at his spouse girl friend, slamming things, etc. Called front desk and it finally got quiet. I lost a bit of sleep. There were also ants that kept showi g up in the bathroom. Think its time to find a new hotel. I've been using this hotel since it opened and it has gone a bit downhill since. Management needs to do more inspections, etc.

This is our normal hotel we stay when on Madisonville. Upon check-in the room assigned had a horrible smell. I could not stay in that order. The clerk moved us to another room that had a fresher sent bit the carpet is filthy. I highly suggest changing carpet to a lament wood. We will find another place to stay next time.

Two bros from Texas
Room was comfortable. The one thing I forgot to tell someone about was the toilet in 203 is loose to the floor. It was shifted to to right when we arrived. I tapped it back straight with my foot. It never leaked, so that’s a good thing.

I am shocked at this property! The mold in the bathtub/shower, the bathtub/shower drain plug was loose from the drain due to it being so clogged with hair etc., the mold/mildew in the AC vent, the upholstery peeling on the furniture, the chipping & worn off finish of the case goods, and the mini-refrigerator sitting in the room and not in is intended built-in space… just to name a few. The entire facility smelled like it had been smoked in and did not feel clean at all. The facility was NOT up-to-date at all! There were no USB outlets to plug your phone for charging. The price we paid was exorbitant compared to other properties in similar areas. We surely didn’t get the $240 we paid for the night we stayed! This was not at all worth the price or our health! Gross facility to say the least!

ADA room lacked ADA things.
I had reserved an ADA room, on a stay there 6 days earlier. When I checked it the room, was the very furthest room from the elavator. The bathroom had a low toilet,not an ADA approved toilet. The shower was in a high bathtub. They did have walk in showers, but they had no grab bars. We will never stay there again.
