Our frustration was on our first night when we could not rouse room service. We tried repeatedly for an hour. No one answered. Called 0. No one answered. We ended up going to Tesco to get food to heat in the oven in our suite. But the oven/stove did not work. We went to the front desk to ask for help. We were told someone would come up to our room. No one came. Tired from a day of travel, we ate a side salad and went to bed. We called again the next morning. Someone came up and fixed the problem. (It wasn’t that we couldn’t operated the light switches!)."

"The location is great if you plan on visiting the museums and tourist sites in London. There are also lots of options for restaurants and cafes in walking distance, as well as several Tube stops. "

"Very nice hotel with an excellent location in the center of Westminister across from Trafalgar Square. Clean room, very good restaurant attached to the hotel, and reasonably priced by London standards. Only negative we had was with our checking and lack of communication by the staff as why our room was not ready and when we could get in. Would recommend for anyone looking to explore central London."
