"Couple of niggles with bathroom tap & shower hose. TV didn't have any channels & wasn't connected to Wifi so needed to contact owner to get it working, but that was all fixed very quickly.
Location of the studio is spot on & as the property is still being refurbed, everything is clean, tidy & apparently new."
"The best hotel we have stayed at in London… so very central for everything. Staff are delightful and nothing is too much trouble. The food is divine and so are the cocktails!
Will definitely return."
"Excellent location and the deluxe room is great size especially for so central to London. Staff very helpful. Elevators a little temperamental. Great restaurants close by. Bills for breakfast and colonel Saab is a wonderful new Indian restaurant literally across the street "
"The hotel is located just a few minute walk from Piccadilly Station which is also in a center of shopping area. You can also find good restaurants and bars near by the hotel. Hotel room and facilities is great, as well as service."

"This hotel is very beautiful and clean and comfortable. It is located in an amazing area. The staff is increasingly nice and helpful. I am looking forward to returning again soon!!!"

The hotel is located very close to Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden and walking to other places in Central London was very easy. As we were celebrating our anniversary, the hotel also surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco and slice of cake - what a lovely touch! They also set up a separate bed for our daughter who was travelling with us without us even asking for it - that was...
