"Amazing "

"This hotel was horrible. It was dirty, pubic hair on the toilet seat and bathroom floor. The blanket and sheets were stained with holes in them. The staff was semi helpful when they handed me a new sheet that was still stained. The hotel had signs that said non smoking but it strongly smelled of cigarettes and weed. Do yourself a favor and book anywhere else."

"I normally try and be fair about reviews but this hotel was awful. The elevator didn’t work so we had to carry our luggage up to 3rd floor. The room was dirty and didn’t seem to have been cleaned very well. The shower tub was peeling and had a disgusting rubber mat over it to hide the peeling. The sink and toilet area was dirty and dated. The AC for the room worked poorly so we were hot or cold all night. It was truly a disgusting experience!"

"We booked the last room on Expedia and paid in full as we were in Lubbock for the George Strait concert and the city and up to 1 hr travel was sold out! When we arrived at the Travel Lodge we were told they gave our room to someone else but they had another room that they don’t usually rent out that we could stay in. We had no other choice but to accept because we were 5 hours from home and we could not find another room in Lubbock! It was horrible!! Broken window, mold in the tub/shower, holes in the wall and the list goes on and on! We asked for a discount but were told they couldn’t because we booked thru a 3rd party (Expedia). We paid over $200 for this mess. So disappointed in Expedia that they would even partner with a hotel of this status."

"Staff was very nice and helpful. Water took a long time to heat up and then it was just warm enough to take a shower. There was no channel line up in the room and the tv doesn't have a guide option to choose channels and see what is on. "
