"I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was amazing. I love the omelettes fresh every morning. The only thing that really upset me is that my shower wouldn’t drain the night I got in. There was no staff on duty to fix it so I wasn’t able to shower until the next day when someone was able to come fix it which was very irritating. "

Which that’s something that should be talked about in private. I wasn’t offer another room. The lady at the desk said I would be refunded.now I called to see where was my refund now she’s telling me I have to contact the 3rd party "
