"The staff were friendly and helpful. The room very clean and the bed comfortable. The hallways looked like new carpet and smelled so clean. And the breakfast options were great, and delicious! Definitely would return!"

"Very clean"

"We only stayed the one night, but it was very pleasant stay. Will book again when I’m in Tarpon Springs."

"Charming historical 1920’s hotel with lots of plusses—delicious breakfasts and cocktails in the in-house Sasha Cafe, great in-park location, a nice, courtyard, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. There is great Mountaineer coffee and Ottaway ice cream across the street. Perfect downtown location—in a pretty park, the river, and lots of friendly bars and cafes. The nearby Estuary restaurant is delicious. The Hacienda has an excellent and accommodating staff. So why not a shining “5”? Two...

"This is the second time that we stayed here. Great value and close to EVERYTHING!"

"They didn’t inform me of residents living on the premises. Talking with my sister at 11:00pm was a lot of noise. The water was brown or dirty in the morning so we used the $6 bottle of water to brush our teeth. They didn’t hesitate to charge me the $6.00 even there was a valid reason to use it. They told me the brown or dirty water was due to a problem they had that morning but it seems is an ongoing issue because the bathtub had a brown stain. We had 3 days reservation but we only stayed one...

"The man with the mustache was super nice. But then that was all, one of the two ladies was not helpful at all, felt like I was bothering her when I approached. Hotel was pretty ok, the property is a little outdated was overall was ok. Breakfast was ok"

"Hotel was very quiet, the beds were soft and comfy and our room was very clean. The pool is a little small but well maintained and the staff was very friendly. Overall we had a great stay."

"It was in a quiet, clean area out of the way, easy to get to other activities in the area"

"Staff was great. Hotel is clean. Breakfast is adequate. However-bed was not comfortable at all. Also, in a handicap room and bathroom door was obstacles for going in/out of bathroom. Hard to navigate around door with walker and wheelchair. Slight raised area between bathroom floor and room floor that was trip hazard. Pool area was very nice would recommend more lounging chairs"
