"Matt was the most disgusting person I’ve encountered at a front desk. He seemed uninterested in helping and was not friendly at all. He also took his finger and dug food out of the back of his mouth while standing at the desk checking me in. The hotel itself was far superior to any other HIE I’ve visited. It was clean and beautiful designed. "

"We arrived in the evening. When I went to check in there was no one at the desk. There was a sign saying they would return shortly. We waited about 15 minutes in the lobby with our luggage. At that point two other groups came in to be checked in. The girl came in and was apologizing. She was very nice. But she had trouble with the computer and couldn't check me in. So ended up standing at the desk for about 10 minutes. And off-duty employee happened to be there and she was able to get us checked in via telephone. Unusual, I've never had anything like this happen. The staff was very accommodating and helping me get a room near the elevator. This is the only hotel where I've seen people walking barefoot in the hall and in the dining room. The floors of the hallway were soaked from people continually leaving the pool without drying off. It was a fall hazard. A man got into the elevator with no shoes on, he was coming from the pool. The next morning at breakfast I saw a boy about 12 walking around in the breakfast room without shoes on, it was disgusting."

"Halls smelled like pot. Room had an odor that you became accustomed to. Room was clean. Bed sheets were clean, bedspread had cigarette burns. Bathroom was clean also. We found the bed very uncomfortable. Not our worst stay at a motel. We were looking for a less pricey motel that would take our dogs. Pet friendly was their selling point and they delivered there."

"Old. Damp smell, sheets didn't smell clean at all. Chipped paint and doors, sloppy paint, old drafty windows. Needs a total gut job. Bunch of ppl I was afraid to encounter there with old bearer cars. Think of an old grungy hotel you see in the movies where hookers live. Or the guy on the run hides out....."

"The property sits in the middle of an active walkable community with restaurants, shops, and other activities. There is on-site parking that is well maintained, and clean. Breakfast was fresh, and the staff were kind."

"Breakfast was ok, staff ok, my room was good but grand daughters room had many ants, she reported to staff and lady said they could move her but there was no one there to check her room till morning. I stay in many hotels and never heard of such response. Would not recommend "
