Thanks for the review Peggy. I just wanted to clarify that the pet fee charge is covered by that original 50 incidental fee so it shouldn’t have held 125 dollars just the 50 then an additional 25 to cover the pet fee. Other than that I do hope you enjoyed your stay with us.

I am sorry to hear that you feel our pet fee was too high. As we don’t set aside certain rooms for pet friendliness there is a lot of extra that goes into cleaning every room that has a pet. Most Hamptons are charging anywhere between 50-75 for up to a 4 night stay. I do hope other than that, that your stay with us went well.

Mrs. Watson, we hate to see your stay was less than perfect. Yes we do have the largest paper plant in the US about 5 miles from property but most days you never smell it. The locals here always joke and say it’s the smell of money, but unfortunately yes the smell sometimes reaches our hotel. All Hilton properties charge a pet fee anywhere from 50-125 dollars depending on location and how many nights you stay. I’m not aware of any hotel that doesn’t charge some kind of fee. Out side of that I do hope your stay was enjoyable and hope you give us another shot of giving you that perfect stay you and everyone of our guest deserve. Have a great week.
