"We stayed for 3 nights. Upon arrival I had to ring the number on the door as I never got check in details. Then the tv didn't work & when the man there tried to see what was going on, he bought another remote - not compatible. 2nd day we asked again & he said he would get the sky man to come in. We left seeing no sky guy & no tv. The spa was green. Pool was ok - son got in a few times. No information guide in the room to see where to go & things to do in the area. Bed was clean & warm. Heater was loud as the fan rattled. Towels changed daily & rubbish emptied."

"Reception staff were very friendly and informative. The room on the 11th floor was smart, stylish and spotless with great views of the Harbour and Sky Tower. I would definitely stay there again when visiting Auckland and will be recommending this hotel to friends and family. "

"The entire staff is it extremely accommodating and polite and efficient. Special shout out to the folks that have all the baggage has that was done so nicely. I would recommend this hotel in central business district to anyone visit ting Auckland as it is convenient too many things and almost everywhere by Uber Inexpensively."

"What a shame everything was excellent until we returned to the hotel at 10:30pm in a taxi and couldn’t get a response from the intercom to get into the drop off area and to enter the hotel. I had to phone the hotel and get them to pick up and raise the gate. This part was not 5 star. Only blemish on what was a very good overnight stay. "

"The room is big, well furnished. and comfortable. The location is excellent, close to the harbor, and quiet. The staff is helpful."

"Poor customer service- my partner was dismissed and turned away. His phone was taken from him for ID processing and he was mistreated. We are deeply disappointed in the service- and to be offered no compensation apart from an “upgrade next time we stay” dissappointing. We will not be staying again and reccommend somewhere else for better customer service. "

"Luxurious rooms with amazing amenities. The beds are very comfortable, the layout is excellent and everything is super clean. Breakfast in the morning was delicious with all ingredients fresh. All staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to assist, as we found out when asking the concierge about food recommendations. The location of the hotel is right in the heart of the city. Everything you could want from a city hotel, except maybe other services you would expect from a larger hotel, like pool and gym (there is a gym but it’s very small)."
