I had to delete my first review because it went past 1500 characters and I have too much to say about this place! Here it is summed up! Don’t spend your money here! It’s very dirty. I had a roach in my bathtub and ceiling. Both alive and thriving. My AC barely worked. The handicap room I reserved because I was traveling with my elderly mother was not equipped for a handicap person. There were no bars in the bathroom. There was no walk-in shower. Sunday breakfast was closed early at 8 because there was NO FOOD! I was in there at 7:30 and there was dry cereal, milk, juice, bacon, and waffles. Coffee machine was out of order. We had breakfast and excellent coffee at Garcias restaurant Nextdoor. The coffee in the rooms is dark roast only and is horrible. The bedding is of the lowest quality. One of my pillow cases had dirt on it. The curtains had stains on them. It’s out dated. They have WI-FI but the service out there is hit or miss. The only good thing about this place was that the staff was VERY FRIENDLY!

Worst 2 nights of sleep I’ve ever had. The pillows felt like bales of hay, no blanket between the cover and top sheet, and the bed was hard as hell. Room would not cool off and the bath towels were small and thin. No shampoo, but plenty of conditioner. Front desk clerk had no personality or smile. I tried to talk to her, but wow! That was difficult. I would not recommend based on my current stay…..

Check-in was quick, instead of being given directions to the room I had to ask. The staff was pleasant but the parking here is the worst I have ever experienced, lack of parking was the big drawback for me. I won't be staying here again.

Completely unprofessional

After booking a certain room online, I showed up to be given a downgrade. When I expressed displeasure, they checked me out without telling me. They couldn't open the booking back up so they made me rebook to stay, and the price had gone up. So I was downgraded and charged extra upon showing up. I was there for 2 weeks and for the first 8 days no housekeeping came through. The sink was also clogged. Breakfast was decent, but the same every day. When I checked out there was nobody at the front desk and I had to call out "hello" which made a child start screaming and an angry mom come to check me out from the back.
