Wonderful place

Service is always outstanding. Very nice hotel with accessible price. The only problem this time was the toilet, which didn't work properly. Appart from that, as happy as always!

Nimit Bhakta Is the best! He is friendly and does his best to make you feel welcomed! Rooms are clean and air conditioner stays on all night long..

The staff was always professional and helpful. Some of the rooms can definitely benefit from a steam clean. Especially the couch and chairs in the rooms. Breakfast was a big plus as a lot of hotels in the area have stopped serving breakfast.

Overall is good. Friendly staff, clean venue, they do care about the maintenance of the building, they even provide a form where you can report any issue requiring to be addressed by the maintenance crew, however i must say that it is so obvious that the hand shower is leaking everywhere and its support is broken, that it's hard to believe that no one had reported it befort or that their maintenaince crew hasn't noticed it before.

The Staff were great, my key card kept failing. which she fixed immediately. BUT- this hotel is clearly used by hunters a lot, which i have zero issues with- my kind of people, BUT. if you're going to allow dogs in a room, may i suggest those rooms get cleaned thoroughly. As great as it was being reminded of my Labrador while I was away, the whole room smelled like ' wet dog bed' Not great

Do not waste your money!

Dont do what i did and go by these reviews on hotels.com, look at the google reviews and they will confirm mine. . GROSS floors. Hair still in shower and on toilet. The chair was so stained up, it should be put in the trash! Girl at front desk was nice and tried to blame it on a "new cleaner" but those floors clearly haven't been touched in DAYYYS, maybe even weeks. Disgusting! She did move us to another room which wasnt the grratest either, but better than the first one.. We did not even attempt the breakfast! No thank you! The ONLY thing I have positive to say about this place is the best were big and comfortable- if you can find a clean one. Side note: I tried to attach a couple pictures, but it wont let me for some reason. I did however, already attach them to my google review.

Reserve with No Expectations

The poor reviews are actually true. The former hotel patrons are not disgruntled patrons. The room that I was given was filthy and unsanitary. The edge of the toilet rim had dried menstrual blood that I didn’t see until the second night. After I called the front desk to ask for Clorox wipes, the manager actually offered and came to my room to clean the entire toilet with spray sanitizer. The flooring of the entire room was filthy. The sink had not been cleaned. Aside from some holes, the sheets and towels appeared to be surprisingly clean. The furniture is old and falling apart. The refrigerator was dirty and missing a part. I didn’t see any roaches.
