"Location"

"Helpful stuff and location!!"

"Staff was great."

"I stayed 4 nights. The hotel is downtown but being in the park blocks it is slightly away from the center in a reasonably safe area (important for solo female travelers). Easily served by multiple modes of public transport. Walking distance to stores and restaurants. Everything went smoothly and my room was comfortable and quiet. I liked the sparse modern decor and hard floors. Affordable but I would probably look elsewhere if the price increased. Housekeeping changed out my towels even...

"Front desk staff was very helpful and kind."

"We have stayed here multiple times visiting our family. I suggest you add the M club to your stay. Breakfast is great and 24 hour access is very nice. Rooms are always clean and any requests are promptly answered. Walking distance to many places. Valet parking responds quickly."

"Just understand if it's AC season or heating season."

"Love the smores hour was great and everything looked good, but the first room was not very clean and smelled weird. We had to change the room in the middle of the night and the AC is not adjustable . I got very hot in the middle of the night because it was central."

"Staff was amazing. We will be back!"

"This is a reasonably priced hotel near the university and a short, Uber ride or walk to OHSU. It is not fancy, but it is clean and the staff was incredibly helpful. The only downside I saw was the heating system, which is an old blower type and left my friend with the stuffy nose in the morning. This is common in older hotels, and I urge them to keep them clean and consider changing them to something more quiet and efficient but overall it was really a good stay and a good price and good people."

"Great stay! The house is well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location easy walking to charming restaurants and interesting shops. LOVED the extensive breakfast options. Friendly neighborhood."
