"My stay at this property was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is large and has lots of classic country hotel character, plenty of parking with some excellent views across the Nailsworth valley."
"We really enjoyed our stay at the Star Inn. The hospitality staff were beyond hospitable-Very attentive to us. We could have used a fan as it was warm but other than that very comfortable beds and clean rooms. The dinner menu of Greek food is very nice and of all the full English breakfasts we had on our Cotswold tour this was stood out to us and the absolute best one. There’s a lovely outdoor area for drinks or nibbles and a wonderful crowd of friendly locals. We loved it!"
"This place has totally turned around since we last visited. This time we stayed overnight and had a fantastic evening meal. The rooms were cosy and clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was standout but most of all the staff were fantastic. Friendly, professional and a world away from the sloppy service of a few years ago. Would totally recommend."
