"We paid $60 more for a family room (2 beds) than a king size bedroom but it was not available to us. We were offered to a room with a double bed. We argued that the bed was too small. The room we had finally offered was a queen size bed. The bathroom floor was bare plywood. The top materials were removed. The housekeeper said it is in a process of renovation. The toilet was hardly flushed. The light above the sink did not work and did not repair upon our request. The elevator was always...

"Attic room was difficult due to low ceiling beams and we banged our heads several times... Breakfast was really nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was good and the location for Beaumaris town is ideal."

"My only problem is the check in process, staff wasn’t professional, wasn’t friendly at the beginning but force a smile later on, not looking at guest when speaking to them , no greeting from staff to guests, no explaining the arrangements for breakfast. Been to many different hotel around the world, this is the worse."

"Absolutely perfect for a weekend break- room and facilities spotless, and location is right in the middle of the city minutes from Hockley and great food/bars. Check-in online takes a few minutes and then you’re sent an electronic code to access property. Will definitely be returning. "

"Nice standard aparthotel with basic cooking facilities, including a two ring hob and microwave that did much more if you have the know how. Dishwasher but only one tablet! Parking needs visit to Reception and very tight small spaces underground. Well located for centre. Free coffee and tea in tap along with breakfast croissants."
