Our toilet was leaking the first night we arrived, however the hotel staff was very responsive and kind and helped switch our room right away. Overall, our whole family enjoyed it. "

"The room service is very poor. The room was cleaned only once in our 4 day stay. We called at the reception 2 days to get the dustbins cleaned and even I cleaned the dustbin myself one day. Also, there was a fight in a room on the same floor and there was foul smell of blood and waste everywhere for 2 days. No cleaning was done. Another thing, a glass broke in the room and i called reception to send someone to clean it, it took us 3 calls and 2 hours, when finally someone came to clean the floor at around 11:30 pm. "
