"Great hotel on excellent location. Helpful, reasonably priced, lovely music in lobby, But awful incense perfume in lobby, very nauseating for people who are eating at restaurant or who are allergic to perfume or scented products or air."

"This hotel is very convenient to me when I visit Johannesburg, however they are consistently let down by the poor attitude from the reception staff. Every request is greeted with a lack of enthusiasm, a surly uninterested attitude and an apparent desire to say no. Compare this to the team in the adjacent restaurant, the Bull Run, who are friendly and keen to provide service it makes you think the hotel should spend a bit more and recruit better staff."
