The room was small but comfortable. We had a balcony with a table and two chairs which was nice. Parking was close to our room.

We stayed a few days before Memorial Day weekend, and the end of their “off season.” Our room was fairly clean but the appliances (small fridge and coffee maker) did not work due to a bad outlet. Many of the sites were closed due to the off season and road repairs. The outside lights by the rooms were too bright for any sort of appreciation of their recognition as a Dark Sky Destination. Food in the Lodge was good but the bathrooms in the Lodge and Terrace needed some cleaning attention. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Splendid location, friendly staff, excellent restaurant for dinner.

Staff very welcoming and made a real effort to make sure they covered all the immediate needs. Dinner on site at the main restaurant was exceptional - service and food.
The Far View reception personnel were very helpful and took the extra time to ensure that we had dinner reservations and any additional information that we needed
Perfect spot to have access to multiple tours in one day. I did the Cliff Palace tour at 10:30 and drove back to the lodge for lunch and had plenty of time to do the Balcony House tour at 2:30.

Very good location in the park. It’s definitely more “cabin-like” and basic. It was nice to have the restaurant there with incredible views and good food. The room rate was very affordable.
