Very pet friendly, staff was nice and there when needed. Whole hotel including pool was kept up very well. Answered questions we had. Very easy access to walmart , H E B, and even pretty supplies pet store. Prices very well, easy check in and check out.

Unfortunately, we didnt have a good experience at all and it didnt match the reviews I saw on the site (9.2 excellent). Upon entering the lobby, you can smell a very strong mold smell. We found a roach on the carpet (which they removed and later told us was a cranberry?..). The room hadn't been vacuumed, was also dusty and lastly the toilet wasnt working properly and wouldn't fill up. The only positive was the front desk staff who was very understanding and helpful. We didnt end up staying for the night and got fully refunded but lost hours looking for another hotel and moving.

I liked although I didn’t get to partake in the happy hour at the bar. The staff was very helpful with giving information about the breakfast buffet. They explained that the property had suffered recent hail damage to the outside window panes and there were crews onsite repairing damaged windows. It was safe, clean and convenient to roads and restaurants.

The room was clean but smelled antiseptic, which was a little offsetting. However, the smell went away after awhile. The shower floor was dingy and needed to be replaced. The hotel was full during our stay, and the management was overwhelmed and cranky about us asking for fresh towels, but they did give them to us. The pillows were hard and mostly flat. I wish I could be more positive, but even the provided breakfast wasn't tasty. I probably wouldn't stay there again.
