"I booked a room here with two beds two months in advance because it was in close proximity to our venue. Advised upon arrival that they only had rooms with a king-size bed. The girl at the desk had started employment that day as cleaning staff and was left all alone to process guests. She phoned the owner/manager for assistance, which was fruitless. The second time she called, he spoke to me and gave me some excuse about problems with the portal and it was their fault regarding the room...

"I didn't have breakfast and the A/C was very noisy. The room had no place to hang your clothes and bathroom there was nowhere to put the soap in the shower. I wouldn't stay there or recommend it to any of my friends or family. "

"Amazing place to stay. The customer service was excellent. The rooms and all areas we could see were clean and well maintained. Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk helped us to our room after giving us tons of information about the surrounding area. He was sociable and made us feel very welcome. Again, the rooms are clean and housekeeping comes in daily unlike similar hotels. All the staff we encountered were kind and welcoming, I would highly recommend staying at the Kings Inn...

"We didn't have the breakfast and i didn't used the hot tub.The room was very clean and the staff was very nice and friendly. I will surely go back again the staff at the front desk was very welcoming. 👌 "

"Room was gros, not cleaned. We arrived at 3:40pm and our room was not ready. Most upsetting was that we were located on the ground floor l, facing the falls, and the sliding door that was not able to lock. It had a bar, but it easily could be moved and there was a gap between the actual door and frame. All night we could hear the door jiggling. We had the front desk girl come and take a look. She told us that is how it locks and that they had no other rooms. It was around 11pm when we noticed...

"I was so happy when my hubby and I were able to book a room with a hot tub. It soothed our aches and pains. The staff was friendly and helpful, from the moment we checked in until we left.
