"Room carpet smelled like urine, stairwells dirty, pool dirty, requested clean towels 3 times they were never delivered. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. This hotel did not feel clean or safe. "
"Spent one night at this hotel and forgot to lock my car door for one hour while unloading and noticed all my belongings in my car were gone when I returned. The amount of time it took for the thieves to take my belongings seems calculated and I'm sure I was being watched. This hotel needs to monitor there parking lots more often. Especially since it's a free lot and anyone can park there for any amount of time. I will not be filing a police report since the items that were stolen were only valuable to me. But I am terrified of (and probably won't be)staying at this location again knowing there is No parking security. If anyone stays at this location. LOCK YOUR CARS. AND DOUBLE BOLT YOUR HOTEL ROOM DOOR! "
"I had reserved a vip king studio that was suppose to have a jetted tub but instead had a a leaky shower that soaked the floor and almost killed me. was told i would get two bottles of water upon check in and did not. Hotel itself is cute in stature but you can tell it is old when you look at the moldy and peeling baseboards as you sit on the toilet. Staff was nice upon great. They did say in the confirmation email that they would offer to upgrade my room for free upon check in due to my vip status but did not unfortunately.. not even my water. Satisfactory stay...parking was easy a little spendy at $40 a night. But it was convenient and you could upgrade to 50 for valet but i have a manuel car so i usually dont deal with the hastles. Pick up only starbucks on the corner was great. "
"We stayed for 2 nights (Fri-Sun). We stayed in the King Suite. The room was very clean, bathroom area was very clean, but not enough room in fridge for guests personal items storage, no microwave, but it wasn’t needed. The staff was very kind. The pool area was clean, as was the pool. Only suggestion would be to maybe have a bar open by the pool area? So guests can order food or drinks. That would’ve been very nice. This hotel is within close vicinity of EVERYTHING. Loved this stay. 10/10. "
"Maybe a little more family froendly than I'm used to - aka kids in hot tubs and doing cannon balls everywhere - but that's not on the resort.
Ground are immaculately taken care of.
Rooms are on point.
Pool bar staff came in early to work on a busy weeked.
Best part - my flight got delayed and they allowed me to stay pool side all day. That's above and beyond right there. I'll be back! "
