"The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bathroom was HUGE. Bed was comfy. The pool was nice! There was popcorn, cookies, coffee, and fruit water in the lobby every day. Breakfast is good. Plenty of parking. No complaints at all!"

"Pros:
The staff are really accommodating, respectful, and responsive—they’re great.
Cons:
The only issue I had was with the room sink. It was making noises at night, and I woke up to what looked like it had overflowed, leaving a lot of dirt/mud in the sink, which was pretty unpleasant. Also, my key card didn’t work a couple of times, so I had to go back to the lobby—even while carrying a heavy bag—which was really inconvenient. This happened twice already during my stay, especially frustrating after working long 13-hour shifts and just wanting to rest."

"Very clean with extra linens and kitchenette items just a call away! The property was well maintained and the breakfast had lots of options. Given the busy University of FL graduation we were in town for, the location, accommodations, and professionalism of the staff were such a help and pleasure!"

"The hotel is beautiful, clean, and modern, a very nice place to stay. The problem for me was the air conditioning unit which was located inside the room and looking to the bed (1 feet apart) and was very noisy. We were here for my kid graduation and we were traveling from and to Miami, so we really need to rest at night, and that was imposible. All the other things were great. But we are not using this hotel again, it does not make any sense a hotel were you can't have a good rest at night. "
