"The parking lot was extremely difficult to get in and out of. Also the elevator at the parking lot was not working, best not to have a car if you stay at this hotel. Breakfast was good quality but exactly the same every day. Gisele at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. She is a tremendous asset to this hotel.
