"Very noisy in every room, the tracks are running just outside the building. The gym is really well equipped. The rooms are really small. I don’t know how can you operate 3rd floor if the elevators can’t be used from this floor."
"Really really impressed by this hotel. The staff were the shinning light form check in, evening meal in the restaurant to the breakfast then check out staff. they were all a pleasure to interact with and a credit to the hotel. The room was large, clean, and well equipped.

"We had a lovely relaxing stay here. The hotel has been nicely renovated and our room with balcony was very comfortable with a great bath and shower. It also had a fridge which unfortunately wasn’t quite cold enough. The staff were generally very helpful and friendly though a couple of the younger ones seemed a bit inexperienced. The bar/restaurant had a nice atmosphere and the food was good."
"Mattress was the worst ive ever slept in. Springs coming up through, so uncomfortable. Typical student accommodation but no excuse for not replacing mattresses."
