"staff are great, hotel is ok. my review is negative purely down to the location. didnt get to sleep till after 3am both nights due to the homeless shelter behind hotel. There is no aircon so windy open and constant (and i mean constant) shouting. there is nothing hotel could do but both nights was unbelievable."

"The location in central Cork City is excellent, with ready access to many sites of interest. Shandon and the Butter Exchange, the UCC and Fitzgeralds Park/Mardyke no more than a short walk away. The staff are friendly and if you need anything you have only to ask. There is a small gym, laundry and reading space as well as study space available,and tea/coffee is there to help yourself.
