"Our initial assigned room was clean. Only issue we had was the bath not draining. We were then assigned another room that was more accommodating in space. However, this room has a slight issue with the bathroom design where the shower water will seep out and get everywhere. We had to use towels to create a barricade for the remainder of the stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Parking was sufficient. Air conditioning worked really well. Breakfast selection was okay. For a couple of mornings, items will run out and not kept in stock. Coffee area wasn’t cleaned or replenished often. Wish there was more of a selection in food. "

"I honestly thought the place was pretty gross. There was hair left all over the bathroom, the towels smelled moldy and had dirt footprints on them? Bonus points for no cockroaches though."

"Homeless very scary people were living in back of the parking Dead cockroaches trash, and leafs and debris were in the elevator, sidewalks, and the room. Tried La Quinta, will go back to Best Western. Lady at front desk did not speak English."

"IT TOOK AND HOUR AND HALF TO GET INTO MY ROOM BECAUSE THE KEYS WOULDNT WORK SO THEY SWITCHED MY ROOMS, IF I LEFT ME ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY I COULDNT GET BACK IN SO I HAD TO KEEP GETTING KEYS MADE, THEN THEY KEPT MY ENTIRE DEPOSIT BECAUSE THE SERVICE DOGS I WAS TAKING BACK TO THEIR OWNERS WERE NOT MINE, IT WAS A TOTAL CRAP SHOW. HIGLY DO NOT RECCOMEND."

"When pulling up to this property, all seems well. We checked in and pulled around to where our room was only to find all sorts of people just hanging around, not sure what they all were doing but it looked as if they were up to no good. I did not feel safe at all, as they seem to just allow all sorts of nefarious activity. Looked very sketchy! The room are in total disrepair, and the hallways have a god-awful smell. As we about to just walk away from this place, we were met by the owner, and he moved to a more suitable room which was not much better, but I at least felt a little safer. No towels in the room, only one roll of toilet paper, no remote to the TV, no trash cans in the room, I could go on. I do have to say the front desk staff was amazing at helping us out and were very kind and understanding, this is the only reason I am giving a 2 star. This place has potential but is very neglected. "

"The staff here are amazing. We bought a house in the area & are moving. I liked this motel on our last visit two weeks prior so I booked again . No it's not a four seasons but it's clean , usually quiet & has the best staff I've ever encountered at a low cost hotel. I would stay again without hesitation. "
