PresiĆ³n para desalojar temprano con hotel vacĆo.
Se ve que el hotel tuvo sus dĆas de gloria. Cuanta con muchas habitaciones, dos elevadores, sauna, alberca pequeƱa y la terraza la mantienen cerrada, supongo que por la temporada.
La primera sorpresa es al llegar, que la persona que atiende recepciĆ³n de manera pesada, le hace sentir a uno que es un favor que le permitan hospedarse.
Empezando por cobrar un impuesto "adicional" a los impuestos que se pagan cuando se paga en linea por hoteles.com. Nadie te prepara para el cobro adicional, cuando piensas que todo esta cubierto incluyendo el desayuno, hay que pagar de mĆ”s para que te den la habitaciĆ³n que se pensaba que ya estaba pagada.
La siguiente sorpresa es que el Sauna y la Alberca no se pueden usar cuando Ud. guste, Tiene horarios para despuĆ©s de las 5pm. No hay la opciĆ³n por las maƱanas.
La tercera sorpresa es que el horario del desayuno es hasta las 10:30 am y el check-out es a las 10:00 !!!
MĆ”s temprano que ningĆŗn otro hotel en que nos hemos hospedado en toda la vida. Esperan que a las 10:00 am tengas desocupada la habitaciĆ³n, incluso cuando no has terminado de desayunar !
Si Ud. va a disfrutar de Villa Carlos Paz al caer la noche, tome sus precauciones, por que la amable persona en recepciĆ³n le llamara a las 10:00 para que desaloje la habitaciĆ³n, con el argumento que ya tiene a alguien con la necesidad de ocupar la misma habitaciĆ³n, cuando el hotel esta vacĆo con decenas de habitaciones disponibles.
La limpieza esta bien y la ubicaciĆ³n tambiĆ©n.

Personal muy amable, detalles a mejorar
El hotel estĆ” en buenas condiciones, pero los colchones estaban muy viejos. Estuvimos 1 noche como parada de un viaje mayor, y los colchones nos hicieron doler la espalda. El personal nos comentĆ³ que los estĆ”n renovando. La amabilidad del personal es el punto para destacar.
