We stay here every time we are going through Orizaba. From Arizona to Cozumel, it's the most comfortable bed on our trip! The staff are friendly and professional, and the hotel is located in the perfect place to explore Orizaba on foot.

Nice rooms, Location and parking onsite were great! The breakfast buffet -- if you wait until you arrive to pay for the buffet at check in the cost will be a little lower. the cost for meals otherwise seemed a bit steep, especially the roof top bar/ restaurant. So we did not do those. Staff were good. Plenty of dining options nearby. We were probably the only gringos in all of Orizaba! LOL But we loved the town & will return on our travels again :)

Beds are bad you sink in it, they need better mattresses and they don’t know what customer service is, the hotel manager for the entire week we had to stay there locks professionalism. Better not to pay in advance because they don’t honor cancelations request for several days, even if it was for sickness

This is the second time staying here and I really like it, rooms are always clean, everyone really kind and nice, everything is walking distance, and food and drinks are good! I do believe they can improve their customer service at the bar upstairs, a lil faster service, and more communication would be the cherry on top! Thank you! We Will be back!

El personal de recepción el día de mi llegada el jueves 16, no fue muy amable, entiendo que el check in sea a determinada hora, pero supongo que tenían habitaciones disponibles el hotel no estaba lleno, la señorita que nos atendió nos informó que nos marcaría por tel, y la llamada nunca llegó. En fin en recepción tienen que ser más amables considero que una sonrisa y trato amable no cuesta mucho, son la primera imagen del hotel
