"Location: Perfectly located in old town. Walkable to everything yet just far enough away to avoid the crowds. We were dropped by taxi. Driving in the area would be a challenge. Hotel: Fantastic. Had a full apartment with bedroom, livingroom and kitchen. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard garden entrance. Staff: Very nice. I would recommend this property for any length of stay."

"Very clean, spacious room with well equipped kitchenette, aircon, tv, private bathroom and towels. Good hot water, comfortable beds and excellent central location in historic centre. Bus 3 to and from the train and bus stations stops a couple of doors down and a taxi costs 8 to 10€. Very minor point but the shower head in our room could be replaced "

"Very bright and pleasant accommodation, in a quiet typical area. Easy access to all principal historical sites once you know the area.
It would be nice to have a kitchen sink plug, as well as a tea-towel.

"We were actually accommodated at a different property at last minute due to a problem in our room that could not be fixed in time. Communication about the change was effective and helpful.
Alternative accommodation was excellent but not quite as well located as Casa San Mateo. "
