Prompt service and friendly staff. Only issue that has to be tackled is the menace of monkeys who terrified everyone and ruined the pleasure of sitting out in balcony to have tea or snacks. Management has to take some drastic steps to overcome this issue "

"We booked 2 rooms. One room had too much dust and bedsheet was dirty so the staff had to be called to get that cleaned. Other room has toooooo much rose freshner on the bed. It took hours to get that smell out by opening the window. Hotel should have given some discount for the time wasted due to this. We asked, but they did not. Food and service at the cafetaria was excellent. "
