"The room was a good size, the bed very comfortable the bathroom was good sized. The shower was over the bath with shower curtains, not great for older persons. There was a warning sign about the heated towel rail which was not heated.A request to the duty manager to turn it on, produced no result, nor a report back. "Our room was prefect for our overnight stay. Very well equipped, nice decor and plenty of room. We had a very pleasant time in the bar which had a nice atmosphere. The breakfast menu was also very good. "

"I wanted to be close enough to the airport that I didn’t have to get transportation and that was the case. It was a little confusing at first when I arrived late at night in a strange airport with a lot of luggage but eventually the taxi service in the airport gave me the simple instructions as to how to find the hotel accommodations. I would recommend that be more explained to the hotel guests that are using the Hilton at the airport for the first time. It’s a very convenient location for an...

"The manor house and estate was spectacular. We were a little disappointed in that we booked to stay in this wonderful manor, but upon arrival we were told that our room was located in a small house on the property about 400yards from the manor house by the entrance gate. It was referred to at the "lodge" Reception staff were efficient, but not exactly friendly. The breakfast was exceptional."
