We are glad you enjoyed the unit. The keys are on the way to Copper, I am sorry that you did not fully read the directions, but they do clearly state that and provide GPS and direction coordinates. The parking is also clearly stated on the check-in instructions, with a large picture of a QR code. Much of your frustration is due to simply going though the instructions or reaching out for assistance. Thank you.
