Pésimo hotel

El hotel con una pésima administración, ya que según la información, confirmada y pagada en Hoteles.com,la tarifa incluía desayuno y cena. Cuando llegamos no hubo quien nos atendiera, tuvimos que hablar al teléfono del hotel, después de más de quince minutos llegó una persona que nos entregó la llave de la habitación, sin solicitar registro. Cuando llegó la hora de la cena nos acercamos al comedor y estaba cerrado, hablamos nuevamente por teléfono, porque no había nadie en recepción, nos contestaron que no estaban sirviendo ningún alimento. Hablamos a Hoteles.com y después de que hablaron con el hotel, nos comentaron que efectivamente el hotel no serviría ningún alimento, pero que les enviáramos los cargos por los desayunos y las cenas a un mail que nos proporcionaron, les enviamos dichos comprobantes desde el 27 de agosto y hasta este momento no he recibido ninguna respuesta de Hoteles.com

Es un hotel viejo, con habitaciones incómodas, frías, la mia sin calefacción , sin cobijas extra, sabanas usadas, personal incompetente, indolente, agua de regadera fría, desayuno malo también, abren tarde, no a las 7 am como anuncian.Tal vez esta sea mi peor experiencia como huesped en un hotel.Me cambié a la mañana siguiente. Precio caro también. Muy promocionado, pero no vale la pena.Se quema Expedia al promocionar ese cuchitril.

La dueña del hotel tiene dos hoteles. Estuve 2 noches. La primera no me respeto la reserva en el hotel y me mando a su otro hotel de menor categoría y ese hotel (Casa Margarita) estaba terrible. Pésimo mantenimiento y limpieza. La segunda noche me cambiaron al alojamiento que yo había reservado. Este cuarto su cumplió con mis expectativas. La comida que te incluyen bastante básica, un solo platillo preparado para todos por igual.

Está frente a la plaza principal, pero camas sucias, las cobijas manchadas con suciedad y con olor a humano. Las fundas de las almohadas con cabellos y grasa del cabello, con mal olor, en recepción no hay personal solo una puerta donde duerme el personal y dice no tocar y siempre está cerrado el hotel no tiene por fuera alguna señal con el nombre por fuera no parece hotel. Nos dieron una habitación diferente a la reservada.

Mejor de lo que esperaba

Es un hotel sencillo, muy limpio y decorado estilo muy mexicano. Por el precio que pagamos esperábamos menos. El desayuno es muy rico y la chica que nos sirvió tiene muy bonita actitud de servicio a pesar de que estaba sola y con el restaurante lleno. Seguramente volveremos a hospedarnos allí.

Hotel bonito, bien ubicado pero con problemas.

Hotel bonito, con habitaciones muy cómodas con decoración rústica, en general, el hotel está muy bien, sin embargo, tuvimos problemas a la hora de hacer el check-in ya que no estaban ni enterados de nuestra llegada y fue un problema que nos respetaran la reservación, posteriormente, los problemas fueron con el desayuno y la cena que vienen incluidos, ya que no tienen una opción de menú para los niños y los grupos que vienen con algúna agencia de viajes tienen preferencia y los demás huéspedes tienen que esperar a que ellos terminen para poder comer.

I made reservations through expedia and paid for two nights. I called expedia ( 24 hrs prior to second night check in time) to cancel the second night and get a refund but I was told I would have to arrange that with the hotel. The hotel manager was never available in person or over the phone. I did not get a refund. I wont be using expedia again and I definitely don't recommend paying in advance for a hotel rooms at this hotel.
