"Very conveniently located for the Central Station with accessible bedrooms. We had a 4 night stay and the hotel was very quiet at night. We were on 3rd floor at the back of the hotel. There are no kettles in the room but you can request hot water in a cup at Reception. Also there are no irons in the rooms but an ironing room in the basement. It served it's purpose but after a long day travelling with a small bag only using packing cubes I'd have preferred one in the room! The hairdryer is fixed in the bathroom but has 2 speeds. We had breakfast every day as it worked out as £11 each which was good value compared to food prices in a cafe etc. The staff were very helpful and polite but we did find the charge to recieve the wheelchair we'd ordered for my husband unusual. We'd stay there again as its very near the boardwalk for the water and nice flat walks into the centre. There is also a Netto round the corner and a large shopping centre is about a 15 minute walk too. The panoramic view from breakfast on the q0th floor was lovely!"

"The room was very clean and comfortable. It is right next to the train tracks but that was almost a soothing noise for me. They do provide earplugs at the bedside if you want to block out the noise. I have a medication that needed to be kept refrigerated and the first desk kept it in the fridge right there. The only thing I would caution against is if someone has mobility issues there is no elevator and you can’t access any rooms without going up or down stairs."

"3 of us staying, used a double with a bunk. Bunk bed was very high and NO railing, could not sit up in bunk as too close to ceiling (164cm so not a tall person), spent the whole night gripping the side incase I fell out of bed. The toilet lock literally fell out on closing the door. Walls very thin so you can very easily hear neighbours being amorous. The main issue was the bed and, how high and no railing. Awful and one of themost expensive places I have stayed in. Complete waste of money. Only redemption is location."
