"The property is well located in the centre of the village. Only complained we had was due to the outside noise (Power saw and back-up alarm from forklift) created by the construction in the harbor. A room on the other side of the hotel might have cushioned that noise somewhat. The staff lady which we connected with in the Grocery/Liquor Store was extremely helpful and sourced a microwave and cutlery for us , since the restaurants where still closed for the season. Would definitely stay there...

"Our family of 6 stayed in a very spacious 2 bedroom cabin. Everything that was needed to have breakfast before taking our 4 children exploring was provided in the kitchen. Cabin was clean and comfortable. The pub was super close so mom and dad were able to sneak off for a nightcap to end the day. We will definitely be back. The Boltons"

"All the staff were excellent! We stayed in a pet room and they were very accommodating to our request for a secluded room for everyone’s comfort! The room was immaculate and comfortable, the area was close to amenities and the breakfast in the morning had a vast variety of food! Great place and decent price!"

"Room was clean but carpets would need to be changed. Rear door did not lock with key card. Had to use the front door and make sure the deadbolt was locked on the rear door. Mentioned to staff. They knew about the problem but weren’t able to fix it."

" Everything was perfect. The cabins were cozy and beautiful. They look small from the outside, but are surprisingly spacious inside. The staff were very flexible and accommodating, and it was convenient that you can pay cash. Overall, a great stay and I would definitely come back. "

"The Rodmay Hotel has potential: it is definetely a heritage building and has some beautiful furniture but there is a lot of work to be done. It was clean and quiet but: 1. it took a long time for the hot water to arrive. 2. we couldn't shut the bathroom door. 3. the bathroom sink was very tiny with no counter space 4. the air was a bit stuffy."

"We did not use any services. The booking on line led to many problems . I thought the sight offered a King bed or two Queens. I Chose the King bed but denied the offer of two Queen beds. The original room was about a 5 min. Walk to the end of the second floor. I phoned and complained and they very kindly gave us a similar room closer to the elevator. We did not get a King bed as advertised and there was a Large addtional charge for our room at time of payment on line. We might have saved a...
