"The check in at the desk was different. But ended up being okay. The hotel room was for the most part clean. When we first arrived we found the kitchen did not seem to have been swept. Also there were no trash bags for the trash can. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay!"

"I don’t know how this place has a 9.2 out of 10 rating. The bed had clearly been slept in as the sheets had yellow stains and hair on them. The bathroom was full of mold. The window was so dirty you couldn't see out of it. I had to sleep on top of the bed covers and kept my clothes on. Do NOT stay at this place!"

"I ended up staying a week waiting to close on new home. Hotel was nice, hot tub and pool was awesome! Unfortunately many guest coming and going all hours of night slamming doors, and loud talking. Asked manager to move me to another room, but refused to accommodate me. Guess it doesn’t matter if their ratings go down. Several homeless lurking around area, and appeared to be drugged up! Apparently this town has a drug problem. "

"Perry is a great host and would go back again. The Breakfest each day was excellent. We liked the fact it was out in the country and very peaceful. A must Bed and Breakfast for anyone. It is the best hideaway."
