"We stayed at the hotel with family and friends for a week to attend a wedding It was very convenient, in a safe area and is well maintained. the housekeeping staff do a great job We ate at Canto several times - Food and service is excellent During our stay there was a festival lunch in the Grand Ballroom - the buffet spread, music and service was marvellous The highlight for us was The Grand Club. "5/5 would absolutely stay here again. The hotel is super nice and not too $$. Rooftop is very cool. Cute little pool with some tables to sit. Location is 10/10... legit right on the beach Arpoador. Security - very safe. They are super strict after 11pm... have to show your face to a camera to unlock the door and any visitors not on the reservation have to check in at front desk and show ID/passport.
