"I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it is important to share this experience for other travelers.
During our stay, a personal item (portable charger) went missing from our room. Only hotel staff had access (housekeeping and minibar service). We reported this immediately, but received no meaningful response or follow-up from the front desk or management.
In addition, we experienced serious cleanliness concerns. There was visible mold in the room, and the bed sheets provided were not clean. Even a member of housekeeping acknowledged this, took photos, and confirmed the sheets were dirty.
Despite reporting these issues, the front desk staff — specifically Claudette and Thays — repeatedly refused to assist, escalate the situation, or provide any resolution. At checkout, there was still no accountability, no apology, and no effort to make the situation right.
Instead, we were asked to pay for minor items from the minibar, despite the unresolved issues during our stay.
This experience was disappointing not only because of the issues themselves, but because of the complete lack of customer care and responsibility shown by staff.
I hope management takes this seriously and improves both cleanliness standards and guest support moving forward."
