The property advertised free WiFi. It never worked the entire time we were there, even after they promised it would be repaired. As a result, we left two days early and asked for a refund for those two unused days. The property refused to provide a partial refund. And, the property sits right above the main highway to Bogata, it is VERY noise as the trucks are all in low gear to climb the steep hill. And, we were eaten alive by mosquitos ! And, the water pressure there is lousy, make it almost impossible to take a decent shower or wash dishes. I would NEVER stay there again !

Casa rústica, buen plan familiar.

Casa en el árbol. Es una cabaña rústica, tal como se ve en la foto. Al estar en medio de la naturaleza, en una finca con animales (vacas y caballos), es normal encontrar insectos y olores asociados. La cabaña es muy ámplia, tiene una vista espectacular. Puede hacer algo de frío en la noche, aunque nada que las cobijas no resuelvan. El jacuzzi estuvo muy bien, aunque sería bueno tener un camino fácil de caminar descalso entre el jacuzzi y la cabaña (esta queda arriba del jacuzzi, y toca caminar por la hierba para llegar a las escaleras de la cabaña). Las personas que viven en el lugar son extremadamente amables. Si van con niños, pueden conocer las vacas y caballos. También se puede pescar en la truchera, lo cual complementa muy bien con la posibilidad de hacer asados en la cabañá. Podría mejorar un poco si se cierran los espacios abiertos de la cabaña, para aislar un poco mejor el frío y evitar la entrada de insectos. En general recomiendo el lugar, y felicito a las personas amables que viven allí y que hacen que la experiencia sea amena.

La reserva es un sitio muy tranquilo y recomendable. Las cabañas son muy pequeñas, minimalistas y máximo para 2 adultos y 2 niños. No entendemos porque hoteles.com nos reservó una cabaña para 5 adultos. Andres muy servicial y muy atento

Descanso ideal

Me gustó todo de este lugar, desde la cabaña hasta los hermosos alrededores naturales. Salimos a hacer caminadas en el bosque, perfecto para un contacto directo con la naturaleza, justo lo que queríamos. La cabaña es muy cómoda, todo muy nuevo, con una vista hermosa, y el servicio que nos prestaron fue inmejorable. ¡Esperamos volver pronto!
