"Due to a family bereavement they were unable to offer breakfast, but we had not booked breakfast anyway. Although we were there in late August the town was incredibly quiet. Most food and drink places were closed for the duration of our 3 night stay, for breakfast or dinner. But McMunns were open on our last night and we got a good dinner there."

The room was spotless, and everything was well maintained, which made for a really comfortable stay. Having on-site parking was a big plus, especially after driving around the countryside. "Mary was an excellent hostess! Room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was absolutely delicious! Only downside was the distance from what we had planned so we cut our visit short by 1 day. Will definitely stay again if we have plans in the area. "
