"Sucks"

"Clean room, staff was great."

"Unless you’re desperately needing a place to stay, skip this one. Unless you’re super budget conscious, skip this one. They couldn’t offer me early check-in and then had the audacity to not only say no to the early check-in (I was going to pay the fee), they told me I wouldn’t be able to check in until 5:45. Check-in is at 4pm. My question was when were you going to tell me that? I have things to do. Your code also doesn’t work until 4 pm so if you want to store your belongings in the locker,...

"No staff available, you just have a code to get in. No floor numbers, and when you open the door you thought it was a maintenance closet so just keep going around the bend! Room was nice but some outlets were coming out of the wall and not working. The mini fridge was in a cabinet and making it super hot, so that made us a little nervous lol Nice location though! Very walkable and a restaurant attached. Parking garages nearby."

"great location, free shuttles to stadiums, a ss coffee"

"Overall, impeccable accommodation with top tier amenities including a balcony, pool, fully equipped gym and sauna. I wish that our stay longer."

"I loved everything from the staff to the rooms. I highly recommend. Most places have horrible breakfasts. This Best Western had good food."

"I would definitely stay here again. I had an event close to the areas why I chose this hotel. I’ve never stayed at the best Western before, but after this trip, I would do it again. Upon arrival, Quisha.(Keisha) greeted me with such professionalism and courtesy that I had an experience in a very long time. She was ending a phone call at the front desk and I actually complimented on how well she handled the guest. I knew I had chosen the right hotel. I’m usually a 4.7 and above at choosing...

"We flew internationally to Philadelphia from Milan and with no connecting flights home that day. Having the hotel, literally, connected to the airport. We were cheerfully greeted, and quickly checked in, even offered bottled water-it's the small things. They even provide a shuttle to your airline in the morning. A great experience."

"This is my second time staying here. Every thing is very good - location, room, cleanliness, staff, valet parking. The hotel is basically within UPenn community; very convenient for my purpose."
