"The facility was beautiful, the Beds and room was great. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Jay who lead the paranormal tour was very knowledgeable and funny.
Resturant the three owls the food was great but took forever for the food to arrive at the table. The bread was served after the meal. Kind staff but the management of the kitchen communications needs work. "
"When I first walked in to the time I left, the staff was great, friendly and efficient. The interaction with my grandchild every time made her feel special. Every thing was clean and easy to use. The pool is a little old, but we had a blast in there. The staff even turned music on , once they saw we were in there. We did not participate in breakfast due to our daily plans, but it smelt good and the other guests seemed to enjoy it. "
"Pros: Our kids (7 and 5) loved the waterpark. The clerk at the front with the Stitch hoodie was so sweet and friendly. Free breakfast was suitable. Great value for the price.
Cons: The bathroom didn’t have a working fan and the whole room was so humid. Our towels didn’t dry in the slightest after 24 hours and no one changed them out during our 2-night stay even though we were out of the room all day.
