"It was the night before a very early flight. Good dinner at French restaurant in the hotel, clean room. Very handy for Terminal 5 - as at Terminal 5 ! Quick check in."

"The check in staff was lovely. Our flight landed prior to the checkin time and staff worked hard to prioritise getting our room ready early for us which was much appreciated after a long overnight flight. The receptionist was very friendly and helped us organise transport to the airport the following day, which was very helpful. We had a coffee in a nice little outside garden space in the sun while we waited. Prices for food and drink were expensive, but I guess that's the norm for a London...

"The staff is wonderful the food and the bar was great. The only problem is the property is old. It is 11 century. It was cold in our room. We had to get an extra heater, but the Inn provided that and there was an issue with the water, we had no hot water one day. But again it’s 11 century Inn, I think it’s great for a night or two, but we stayed four nights, probably won’t do that again only because of the age, TV also was not working properly. We definitely will always go there for food and...

"The hotel is located pretty close to the Heathrow’s airport, less than 25 minutes using public transportation. The room was very clean, the bathroom spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows are good too. The breakfast offered is very good with a good selection. Not too many close restaurants. Only two."
