"First of, we didn’t get to stay at the Hotel I originally book for a 1 bedroom and no one told me about it until I got to Argentina. I specifically said 1 bedroom but I got a loft instead… please let your consumers know what is goin on or if there’s changes. I paid in full for what I requested. "
