The biggest disappointment was breakfast, we were served ice cold coffee despite being the first people there, the pastries were stale and the omelette was disappointing too. We decided to have breakfast elsewhere for the remainder of our stay as we didn’t want to start our day off like that."

"Spa booking done for 2 x persons, were given time of 16.50pm which I thought as weird time, so went to Spa to confirm to find that booking was done for 16.15 but only for 1 x persons. If I haden,t hone past to check, we woulden,t had the booking. Staff in experienced I guess. Hotel water drains need attention as there is a bad smell in showers. Heve stayed in vatious rooms and same smell Food in pool restaurant not for 5 star standard.Otherwise nice stay and great service."
