"Like how quiet the room is for being in a busy part of town. Fantastic coffeemaker in the lobby. A/C and free breakfast would be nice but other than that, we’ll continue to book this hotel."

"The hotel is an older hotel that is well maintained. The staff is very nice, friendly, polite and helpful. My only negative is that their is no restaurant and the website has not been updated to reflect that fact."

"La tensión del personal es excelente, sólo que cuando llegamos algo pasó con la calefacción del agua porque no había agua caliente para dársela la ducha, pero las repararon unas horas después este es mi segunda vez en el hotel Julián y lo mismo opine en la primera vez que lo que haría mejor, sus cuartos de habitación, sería el tener un pequeño refrigerador y microondas. Por lo demás, siempre que tengo oportunidad volveré a Hotel Julián"

"Nice stay, spotless room if not a little small. Very comfortable bed and range of pillows. A kettle , tea and coffee in the room would be a welcome addition or is this not a USA norm? "

"Parking is key here, since the Castro is so close, and parking is a high comodity. When I checked out I mentioned I was going for breakfast and then shopping in the Castro and the clerk generously offered to let me keep my car in the parking lot while I went into the Castro. This is a perfect place to say and have access to this historic district and the parking is just a cherry on that sundae!"

"Room 1602 is my favorite hotel room in SF…only thing that needs an upgrade is the shower head, it’s tired. Other than that perfection. "
