The price was great for our loft cottage. We loved having a dock right in front and a private boat launch area. We were also grateful for the security guard, Guy, who helped us with the boat launch and gave us invaluable advice since we are new to boating. We really enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect setup for our first overnight Lake Conroe getaway.

No free breakfast, no microwave (rediculous), very hard to find light switches for lamps, no wifii, parking far from entrance altho shuttle was helpful. Beautiful sunrise and sunset…..oh wait…God made those.

The room was wonderful, the personal touch with a personal greeting on the television screen when I entered on arrival. The food and drink were wonderful. Oddly, none of the margaritas served anywhere on site were served in actual margarita glasses. They were truly delicious. Highly recommend the burger. It was the best I ever had!! Will visit again.

Ok but expensive for the location

We stayed at the resort for 4 days. By day 2, we had done everything there was to do. The resort was fine, basically clean. The friendliness of the staff was hit or miss. The guy renting the boats was terrible. The food and drinks were fine, but expensive for the location. The resort tries to give a vibe like you are in an exclusive Caribbean resort (and is priced like one), but you are on a buggy lake in Texas.
