"The room was super clean, everything was warm and inviting. The selling point for me was the bed. Hotel beds are not normally comfortable but I don’t know what kind of magic this hotel has but that bed was by far the best I’ve ever slept on. The staff was friendly, parking was simple and didn’t make me question whether my cat would be ok. Just overall a great experience. Will definitely be booking there again. "

"It was my first time visiting Lake Norman Hotel and The Landing Restaurant. I had spoken to a staff member ahead of time to make sure of my reservation. Very friendly and informative. I checked in after 3pm, but the staff had left an envelope on the office door for me. Thank you so much! My room was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfy! I throughly enjoyed my stay! I loved sitting out on the patio the next morning with a cup of coffee. I hope to visit again soon!"

"The room was filthy, there was bbq sauce all over the carpet by the couch, the bathroom was not cleaned at all there was still white powder all over the floor and “hair” on the toilet. Everything felt grimy and sticky. Worst of all there was what I believe to be throw up covering the inside of the front door. The staff was beyond rude, I don’t think a single one of them working front desk could define the word hospitality. They seemed to not want to get up and off of their cell phone, both the lady working night shift and the young man working days and would not even switch my room. I didn’t eat the breakfast because the state of room. There were people in the parking lot drinking and being loud until late into the night. I would highly recommend just spending a little more money and booking a different hotel. "
