"Well the service at the chipotle buffet waiters and waitresses they just put attention to the white people people like me brown ones they just ignore and the food is ok nothing out of this world steak house the ribeye to salty and hard"

"I was On time for my check in. , But we have to wait till 4 pm ..and the check in they charge $150 pesos. And we ask why if everything veas paid first they said was for cleaning and when we do our check out we ask the administrator person why is being charge and he said that was a tip for all the employees .. I do tip the lady for cleaning room. But for the rest I don’t understand the hotel is not an all inclusive anyway it wasn’t that much just I don’t like when they do thinks like this ….the experience in the hotel was good no complaints everything is close to us."

"A beautiful property with lots of swimming pools, landscaping, and common areas. Only downside is that the food options are limited, if you are staying 2-3 days it’s perfect. If you stay longer, you may find yourself craving for more food options."

"The property was recently renovated and the updates are very tasteful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to all of my requests. All of the restaurants on property have great menus. I'm looking forward to my next stay at a RIU property."
